1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window: You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Eligible Items: Apparel, accessories, and decor items.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or personalized products
Sale or discounted items
Food, hygiene, or beauty products
How to Return:
1. Email us at ohanki.dimapur@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
3. Ship the item to the provided return address.
4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or store credit within 7–10 business days.
Note: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

2. Cancellations
Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before shipment confirmation, whichever comes first.
After Shipping: Cancellations are not possible once the product has been dispatched. You may opt for a return after delivery.
Refunds for prepaid canceled orders are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
