Crab chutney

Our crab condiment is crafted from seasonal river crabs harvested between June and September, when they are at their most flavorful. Each batch is carefully wrapped in banana leaves and slow-smoked for several days, allowing the rich, natural sweetness of the crab to deepen and intensify. Finished with dried smoked king chilli seasoning and a touch of black sesame, it delivers a bold, smoky heat balanced by nutty undertones, an unforgettable taste rooted in tradition and patience.
